Terms of Use

Access, participation, and use of the website http://www.autoclasico.com.mx/ and other resources such as Facebook and Instagram accounts, Google+ pages, and any others that may be created (hereinafter "the channels") for the development and distribution of AutoClasico content are free of charge and are governed by the terms of use detailed below.

Acceptance

By using any of the aforementioned resources provided by AutoClasico, users accept and acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and that they abide by the terms set forth herein.

Use of Content

AutoClasico channels, content, and other electronic resources are free to use and reproduce, as well as their storage, compilation, distribution, translation, inclusion, transmission, or access through any analog or digital means. This permission is valid as long as the content is not modified or used for commercial purposes. Any modification to the content distributed through these channels must be expressly authorized by AutoClasico. Authorization can be requested by email at webmaster@autoclasico.com.mx. Any commercial use of these contents is prohibited.

AutoClasico cannot guarantee that the content generated by its channel administrators is free of errors or inaccuracies, for this reason:

• AutoClasico facilitates its users' active participation in requesting clarifications or corrections, as appropriate, as long as these are done respectfully and proactively.
• AutoClasico is not responsible for any errors in the content published by channel administrators.

Users understand and accept that AutoClasico does not guarantee, and therefore is not responsible for, the reliability, accuracy, legality, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of the opinions or content generated by users or third parties, or of the content of a website to which a link has been created, and therefore does not generate acceptance or approval of them, nor will it be responsible for them.

User-Generated Content

Channel users may participate with comments and contributions, which will be deemed the property of the user who submitted them. Users guarantee that the content they contribute belongs to them and that it does not violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties, and they assume full responsibility for any claims that may arise from its use.

By participating, users grant AutoClasico a free, non-exclusive, and permanent license to use, reproduce, adapt, store, compile, distribute, and sublicense said content. AutoClasico undertakes to acknowledge the authorship of the content generated by users, without any compensation.

By accessing the channels, users grant AutoClasico:

• The right to modify these Terms of Use, including the Information Privacy Policy, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• The right to restrict registration and use of these channels to any person, at any time, for reasons of improper use.
• To remove content that violates the copyright or intellectual property of a third party, upon request by the interested party.
• To remove content that, due to its language or intention, disrespects the organization or other users.

Users will refrain from using AutoClasico channels in the following manner or for the following purposes:

• For illegal purposes.
• For purposes that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
• For purposes that may damage, render useless, overload, deteriorate, or impede the normal use of the services, computer equipment, documents, files, and any content stored on the OIM Colombia servers or on those servers to which AutoClasico resources are linked.
• For the purpose of harassing and/or threatening members of the AutoClasico team or third parties.
• For the purpose of obtaining or disclosing private information of third parties.
• For the purpose of publishing false or maliciously manipulated news.
• For the purpose of promoting people, websites, companies, blog networks, products, commercial campaigns, political or ideological campaigns, campaigns that promote mass voting, participation in demonstrations, and others.
• For the purpose of provoking cause unjustified inconvenience to other users and readers.
