The Latin American Raid: A Museum in Motion

The Brotherhood's flagship event is the Latin American Raid of Antique Vehicles, an ambitious journey where the roads of Latin America are transformed into a living exhibition.

The next major event will be the 3rd Latin American Raid, scheduled for March 20-23, 2026. For this edition, the province of San Juan, Argentina, has been designated as one of the star venues, promising scenic routes that highlight vintage engineering against stunning natural landscapes.

Pillars of the Organization

The HLVAC structure relies on the collaboration of national federations, guaranteeing the success of its events:

• Regional Integration: It brings together clubs from countries such as Mexico, Chile, Panama, Paraguay, and Uruguay, managing to mobilize more than 5,000 vehicles simultaneously in past editions.
• Historic Preservation: It promotes restoration under international standards, working hand in hand with entities such as the International Federation of Vintage Vehicles (FIVA) to categorize and protect automotive heritage.
• Social Responsibility: Beyond the cars themselves, the Brotherhood infuses its events with a charitable focus, frequently supporting foundations that combat Alzheimer's disease or assist vulnerable children.

Participation and Requirements

To be part of this movement, owners must meet specific conservation criteria. Generally, vehicles must be at least 30 years old and retain their original condition, faithfully reflecting the era in which they were manufactured.

Through institutions like the Mexican Federation of Antique Cars (FMAAC) in the north and the Antique Car Club of Chile in the south, the Brotherhood continues to demonstrate that the passion for classic cars knows no borders, keeping the engine of history running in every corner of Latin America.
