RAC Rally of the Tests 2019

Rally of the Tests 2019 will start from the English Riviera town of Torquay with a short but taxing prologue. On Friday, we will be taking in some of the ‘Testers’ favourite venues through the West Country on our way to the overnight halt in Bristol. On Saturday, we start at the iconic RAC building next to the M5, crossing into Wales on our way to the overnight halt in Stoke.

The final day will be a mix of Regularities and Tests in and out of Wales before the finish in the City of Chester.

The event will feature the usual mix of Tests and Regularities with crews being tested on plotting, map reading skills and the drivers on the wide variety of Tests planned.

As with all the previous editions, the route will tax the best crews but will offer the opportunity for less experienced crews to battle against those at the top of their game. We have listened to the comments and feedback from the 2018 event with regards to the plotting and navigation. Whilst remaining tough, it will be fair and in some instances less complex, but rest assured it will be no walk in the park.

We have a number of Tests venues and private land sections to entice and excite all crews whatever your experience. The plotting will be similar to previous years with handouts throughout the event, all of which can either be plotted whilst at hotels or halts and those that are handed out as crews leave main time controls will require no plotting.
