The Scottish Malts 2020

HERO Scottish Malts Classic Regularity Event is the premier classic car event in Scotland. ‘The Malts’ as it has become affectionately known is a classic blend of regularities and driving tests set in the beautiful scenery Scotland provides. 2020 will see the 17th running of the event, starting from the spectacular and world-renowned Gleneagles Hotel, The Malts has something for everyone. The social side is another reason the event is so popular, we always aim to have everyone back for dinner and to swap stories of the day’s action.

The iconic Scottish Malts Reliability Trial returns in 2020 for its 17th running. It will be a five day event starting and finishing at the luxurious Gleneagles Hotel with 2 nights spent on the beautiful Isle of Mull and 2 nights in the resort town of Aviemore. Crews will have a chance to see some of the awesome scenery of the Scottish Highlands, particularly around Loch Lomond, the Isle of Mull and Loch Ness before visits to the distilleries in Speyside which the event is synonymous with. Also, we will visit many special locations for lunches and coffee halts all of which will be revealed as the route planning continues throughout the next 12 months.

The competition will be varied but it is set at an introductory level event.
